Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Shipping method selected

  • Order weight and dimensions

Any available free shipping promotions will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Oak Forest Vintage is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We may request photos of damaged items and packaging to assist with the claim process.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability and warehouse locations. If this occurs, separate tracking numbers may be provided.
