At Oak Forest Vintage, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period:
